The ÚNICAS program is an initiative that began in September 2020 with the goal of promoting the well-being and autonomy of young women through education. The program adopts a participatory and gender-based approach aimed at supporting students between the ages of 16 and 25 from socioeconomically vulnerable neighborhoods in Barcelona in their post-compulsory education journey, providing them with the tools and guidance needed to achieve their personal and professional goals.
